Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a talented, customer focused & passionate General Manager to take over the reins at this well run Home. Do you have a true passion and commitment to the aged care arena? Do you have a great working knowledge of the aged care operating environment and what it takes to run an aged care home? To be successful in this role the following is sought
AHPRA Registered Nurse with significant aged care management experience
Strong people management skills
High degree of business acumen
Excellent customer service
Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
Good computer literacy
Familiar with ACFI requirements
Sales and marketing experience
