We offer a selection of lounge and dining areas including a kiosk perfect for catching up with family and friends.  About the Opportunity    We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Food Service Assistant to join our hospitality team on a permanent part-time basis.You will work as part of our team, providing quality nutritional and balanced meals for our residents. You will support Staff with meal serving general food preparation, kitchen duties, stock control and continuous improvement activities. About the Opportunity   

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Food Service Assistant to join our hospitality team on a permanent part-time basis.

You will work as part of our team, providing quality nutritional and balanced meals for our residents. You will support Staff with meal serving general food preparation, kitchen duties, stock control and continuous improvement activities. You will be responsible for ensuring all food service activities are completed in accordance with Food Safety Plan (FSP), Allity Food Standards.

This is a part-time opportunity on offer for the right candidate.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A current Safe Food Handling Certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience as a Food Service Attendant is highly desirable
  • Aged Care experience will be highly regarded
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience also highly desirable
  • Current COVID Vaccination Certificate
  • Knowledge of good hygiene practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
